"I knew Robert Agre was the real deal when a different lawyer at a different law firm told me “ to be honest, your best shot at the best outcome for your case is with Roger Agre rather than myself” I took his advice and it was the best decision I made. I was facing a mandatory minimum Sentence of 5 years in prison with 42 months before eligible for parole. Mr. Agre’s knowledge of the Law was mind blowing. He throughly explained everything to me, and we came up with a game plan, and walked me through every step of the way making sure I understood everything that was happening. Mr. Agre was able to convince the prosecutor into lowering the parole ineligibility period from 3.5 years, down to just 1 year which is an amazing plea deal for being charged with 2nd degree possession of a firearm & 3rd degree possession of CDS with intent to distribute. But that’s not all..... Mr. Agre told me he had a plan, and instructed me to do a few simple tasks and asked me a few questions. And at the time of sentencing when I was supposed to be taken into custody, he had a presentation for the judge to ask for a more lenient sentence. When all was said and done, the judge DENIED the plea agreement I signed for 5 years in prison with 1 year of parole ineligibility, and sentenced me to just 5 years of PROBATION!!! I was able to stay home with my family and raise my 6 month old daughter! Robert Agre saved my life! And I don’t say that lightly, I truly mean it. I would recommend Robert Agre to anyone and everyone, weather it’s a big case, or a minor case, Mr. Agre has the knowledge, persistence, dedication, and power to work wonders in the court room. After preparing myself for prison, walking out of that court room was a feeling that cannot be explained. My experience with him was a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.
